Queensland Indigenous Family Violence Prevention Forum 2026

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Forum Advisory Group, together with the QCDFVR team, warmly invite you to attend the Annual Queensland Indigenous Family Violence Prevention Forum: Strength in Unity. This highly valued forum brings together practitioners, leaders, and advocates from across Queensland and beyond to learn from one another, share knowledge, inspire change, and work collectively to keep our families strong.

This year the forum will be held at Mackay Entertainment & Convention Centre (MECC) . There are two ways to participate in the Forum:

In-person Attendance
Places at the Mackay venue are limited, so early registration is encouraged to avoid disappointment. In-person Registration includes all meals throughout the event, access to the Forum networking evening, and a Forum pack filled with valuable resources.

• Indigenous Ticket – $545
• Non-Indigenous Ticket – $595

Virtual Attendance
Virtual participation allows you to join the Forum via livestream, either for all sessions or those that best suit your availability and interests. The first 25 virtual registrants will also receive a Forum pack by post, including a conference bag and complimentary materials.

• Live Stream Ticket – $95
