This presentation will assist community workers to develop skills to work across different cultural groups and support strategies when working with migrant and refugee women who experience sexual violence and coercive control. The presentation highlights the challenges and barriers faced by migrant and refugee women seeking assistance and support and helps to develop understanding of coercive control, reproductive coercion and sexual assault within diverse multicultural groups.
