CREATING & SHARING KNOWLEDGE
Who we are
The Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research (QCDFVR) combines research, education and sector collaboration to prevent and respond to gendered violence. With over 20 years of experience, we provide communities, services and government with evidence-based tools and guidance to improve safety and practice.
Why is a Queensland-based centre in Melbourne?
QCDFVR is part of CQUniversity Australia, a socially innovative dual sector university with a national footprint and regional focus. As Australia’s first university certified as a social enterprise, CQUniversity drives meaningful social change, strengthens communities, and brings evidence-based insights to tackle domestic and family violence nationwide.
