LEVEL 2 SAFETY PLANNING TOOL

About the module

The Common Risk and Safety Framework (CRASF) has three levels of tools designed to support responses to people experiencing, or at risk of experiencing domestic and family violence (DFV). The Level 2 tools are designed to be used by specialist DFV practitioners, selected government workers, and other professionals with a role in responding to DFV (though this may not be their core business).

This module examines the Level 2 Safety Planning Tool, how to use it and when to use it. You will learn about safety planning considerations and actions as well as referral pathways once a safety plan has been initiated.

Each module is approximately 90 minutes long and are self-paced so you can stop and start again when you please. These modules are free of charge for all people in Queensland.

The final learning checkpoint for each module is a five-question quiz which you will need to successfully complete to receive a Certificate of Completion.
