Delivering integrated service responses

About the module

Delivering integrated service responses to better meet the needs of people impacted by domestic and family violence (DFV) is one of the 3 foundational elements underpinning the Domestic and family violence prevention strategy (2016–26). This module explores and further explains the new Integrated Services Systems Guide launched in 2024.

The ISS guide forms part of the Queensland Government’s response to recommendations 9, 74, 75, 76, 77, 78, 79, 80, 82 and 83 in the Not now, not ever report (2016) and recommendation 18 of the Women’s Justice and Safety Taskforce (2022).

This module is intended for all services and organisations who may come in contact with a victim-survivor, their children or a person using violence, to assist in the development and continuation of an integrated approach to DFV.

Each module is approximately 90 minutes long and are self-paced so you can stop and start again when you please. These modules are free of charge for all people in Queensland.

The final learning checkpoint for each module is a five-question quiz which you will need to successfully complete to receive a Certificate of Completion.
