The Queensland Centre for Domestic and Family Violence Research (QCDFVR) is funded by the Queensland Government, with support from CQUniversity. Since 2002 the primary purpose of the QCDFVR has been to create and distribute knowledge to influence policy and practice in the field of domestic and family violence prevention.

QCDFVR is highly committed to working collaboratively with government and community agencies across the state to ensure its work continues to be relevant to sector needs. This involves the establishment and maintenance of databases containing names, email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses for subscribers and various advisory, working and reference groups associated with QCDFVR projects.

QCDFVR is governed by CQUniversity’s privacy policies, which respond to Queensland’s Information Privacy Principles. CQUniversity’s Privacy Statement can be found here and its Information Privacy Policy and Procedure can be found here.
